Free Meet & Greet

Alicia will make a visit to your home to meet yourself and your dog(s).

We will go over the details of your dog’s care such as food allergies, previous training, any worries or fears, and try out a few training games to see which your dog enjoys the most!

We make sure that everyone is happy before collecting a set of keys (if needed) and booking our first walk!

N.B. This is not optional, Alicia meets all dogs prior to their first booking with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How old does my dog have to be to go to the play centre?

Once a puppy has had both set of vaccinations, they can attend the play centre and Alicia will suggest the most appropriate days, taking into account the other dog’s play styles and temperaments.

How do you ensure my dog's safety?

We do our best to minimise risk to the dog’s in our care by;

Matching suitable dogs each day

Having all dogs on lead when walking to and from the van

Keeping new dogs on a long-line until we have built a relationship and become familiar with their behaviour, likes and dislikes.

Practicing recall, good social skills and disruption of inappropriate behaviour

Using custom-made crates in the vehicles

Do you pick up and drop off the dog(s)?

Yes, we can pick up and drop off your dog though requesting a specific time is not possible.

We use a crate system to promote calmness in the vehicle and to ensure that dogs can only exit the vehicle one at a time.

Car training can be organise prior to joining daycare to help your dog gain confidence with the set-up.

Do I need to provide anything?

We just need your dog, with a suitable harness and an ID tag either on the harness or on a seperate collar.

We provide poo bags, treats (we will ask if your dog has any food sensitivities), leads and toys.

If you wish your dog to have lunch or a snack at lunch time, please provide this in a tub with their name on it.

My dog is reactive/nervous/over-excited, can they attend?

We can accomodate reactive, nervous and over-excited dogs.

We actively work with you to manage and improve your dog’s behaviour such as practing good doggy social manners, desensitisation to worrying things, training a dog not to jump up, practicing taking turns, loose-lead walking, waiting before exiting a vehicle and more!

Initially Alicia will meet you and your dog to observe his/her behaviour, determine which training games your dog responds best to and consider if they can be accommodated adequately in to the group, or if they need a slower integration such as one-to-one sessions first.

Sometimes we can not accomodate an enquiry but we will do our best to help you find a suitable solution.

What Do We Charge?

From £35 per day for a single dog, pick up and drop off in our doggy van can be organised for an additional £3 per day.

A half day may be an option but only a pick up OR drop off will be included and is not permitted beyond the settling in period. This is due to the disruption is causes the group to have unknown persons at the gate. We are all about keeping the day consistent and calm for our doggies.

To make an enquiry, please complete the form below!

* pick up/drop off service available only from/to Granton, Trinity, Leith, Portobello and surrounding areas for an additional £5/day.

Owner drop off and pick up is an option between 8.30-11am and 3-5.30pm.
